The operation of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) involves inherent risks. By purchasing or operating equipment from Klick Drone International, LLC, the user voluntarily assumes all risks, including property damage, personal injury, or death.

3.2 Pilot Responsibility

The Pilot in Command (PIC) is solely responsible for safe operation. This includes: Strict compliance with all local, state, federal, and international regulations (e.g., FAA Part 107). Conducting pre-flight inspections to ensure airworthiness. Maintaining Visual Line of Sight (VLOS) and airspace awareness.

3.3 Limitation of Liability

Klick Drone International, LLC, its owners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for damages resulting from pilot error, environmental factors (weather/interference), unauthorized modifications, or the failure of third-party components. We do not guarantee that aircraft operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
